Necessity and the mother of invention

We were yard camping last weekend an decided to "stay" an extra day. We were running out of water, hadn't filled the tank all the way. Since we were about 150 yards from the house, had to figure out how to get more water in the tank, cut the side out of a two-liter and attached some fittings I found in the barn, had to wrap some electrical tape around the gray barbed fitting so it would stay put but it worked!

I bought this at Home Depot $2 for a week trip to campground without water. Split the end of it so it was open at the bottom and then put it in the fresh water intake. It went in perfectly at an angle and I was able to pour from a 5 gallon water tank easily
