I went to Phoenix to different places and they did not have it and I can not find it online.

Look in your left hand---you'll find one. OK, enough sophisticated and witty humor. What does the clasp go to? I have a T@G and misc tents and stuff and I don't recognize that clasp.

If you are on a phone, go to the list of Categories by tapping the 3 lines in the upper left corner of the screen. Find “nuCamp and Forum Contacts”. Dial the main number and ask for Elsie.

Before you call Elsie, give your dealer a call to see if they stock these gizmos. I think they are pretty common and yes, you should call the dealer first.

Your dealer can order them for you and have them shipped to your house. I think I bought 4 or 5 and was around 15-20$

My grandson broke one of mine while camping this summer and I've been trying to get one since. Now that it's not possible to get parts from either NuCamp or a Dealer, I have been scouring the net looking for alternative sources. I have found a few purchase options via overseas (U.K.) sources but am also looking for a U.S. distributor for parts. I found these:

Hi Mike!

2 reasons:

#1. I've never been accused of being the brightest bulb on the tree, but if memory serves, NuCamp issued a directive awhile ago NOT to contact them about parts. I can follow a simple set of instructions so long as they speak clearly......And they did.

#2. Prior to the current factory Class IX (repair parts) sequestration, I was 1 for 5 in getting either warranty or parts issues resolved anyway. (The 1 success was getting cabinet doors to replace the microwave). I have tried getting parts from 3 dealers without success.

Meh......

They say the definition of insanity is repeating the same behavior and expecting different results. Given the choice between the static condition of hope or the active participation of forward motion, I will take forward motion every time.

I'll find them.... As my friend Richard would say:
