Looking for recommendations for a Coupler and Receiver lock for when I'm traveling. Want to feel safe walking away from vehicle and trailer, and coming back and trailer is still there. I found this one (CURT 23527 Trailer Lock Set for 2-Inch Receiver, 2-1/2-Inch Coupler Latch Span - guessing it will fit), but don't know if its any good. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01CT97ZG6/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_8?smid=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&psc=1

Not sure this is what you want to hear, but there are very few receiver/coupler/hitch lock systems that a determined thief cannot breach in a matter of seconds. These devices just keep honest people honest.
What I do, in addition to a lock system similar to this one, is drop the tongue jack(no wheel) and the rear stabilizers when I park somewhere. Will this stop a thief? Nope, but it will slow them down and they will likely move on to something easier to take.
It all comes down to making it take more time and effort to steal.

I'm with DaveB in that nothing's theft proof. I think the coupler latch pin lock for "while towing" was a harder one to find. I've seen videos of the models you showed being opened in about two seconds with a pipe.
I ended up with an ABUS Titalium padlock for the hitch coupler latch lock. Would have preferred a shrouded model but I figure when I'm towing I'm generally with the trailer. At the time I think my research showed me it had a more difficult lock to pick and a harder than some shank (though it's exposed and not so happy about that).
For the hitch receiver lock I used an Infinite Rule lock. One end doesn't have anything to grab onto with a pipe and the other screws into the body of the pin making it a bit more robust.

For just leaving the trailer hanging around the campsite (or anywhere else for that matter), I have the Proven Industries coupler lock. It's a beast (but really expensive).
Good luck!

If there is any question about how easy to defeat/pick any lock including Proven Industries check out the lock picking lawyer on YT https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCm9K6rby98W8JigLoZOh6FQ
He has videos picking just about anything you would secure your trailer with, and Proven does get praise, but even that he can pick in about a minute.
With a very basic off the shelf kit from Amazon most of the devices we would use to secure our TD can be defeated by picking, quicker than it would be to destroy or break them.
If someone really wants to take it, they will. Sad to say, but that's what insurance is for.

Definitely agree on all the above comments. Basically the idea is to slow a thief down, even if it is just for a few more minutes.

I saw the Lock Picking Lawyer videos as well. It’s how I picked the setup I’ve got. Spending a little bit to slow someone down or make a lot of noise to get it was of value to me.
I’d really like to find a better, more shrouded lock for the coupler latch pin for use while towing?

Saw this online - would it fit? (My trailer is in storage) Looks an interesting design https://www.amazon.com/Master-Lock-2878DAT-Trailer-Coupler/dp/B002EVU68E

You can increase security with “The Club Tire Claw”. It’s a little harder to bypass than a hitch lock. https://www.etrailer.com/tv-review-winner-international-club-tire-claw-xl-wheel-lock-wi491.aspx

I use something similar, I think it might be called Chock Lock. It makes for a hella chock, with a row of steel teeth that bite into the ground when camped on a slope.

We are impressed with the quality of the Club Tire Claw. We are thinking about having additional locking devices for redundancy sake.
