Brake Problems

Has anyone had problems with their brakes? I own a 2019 T&G Boondock Edge XL. After taking a trip to Maine from Florida I decided to take a look at brakes and repack the bearings before heading out to Montana. I found that the pads had broken away from shoes on both sides of my trailer. This shoe failure gouged the drums and NuCamp replaced both assemblies and drums under warranty. I just got home from Montana and found the same thing happened again. I haven't called NuCamp about this recent brake failure.
