Diverting this cold air from the AC!

So I tried using an AirWing I saw that came recommended on my T@g's AC unit. The flimsy plastic keeps getting pushed down by the air, and before I know it I am freezing again with the AC blowing right on me. Has anyone used an air deflector and had any luck with it? I give props to the power of this AC, but man!! I am thinking of fabricating something, but wanted to see some other solutions. The air blows right on us and can chill you to the bone at night. The deflector works great, but just isn't cutting the mustard.

Joint the FB group “Tag you’re it” and there is a guy 3D printing a bracket you can stick to ac unit. I then got a plastic table mat from Walmart for $.98 and slid that in.

I added some magnets to the front of the air conditioner so that I could use a store bought deflector...reinforced the join in the deflector with clear gorilla tape..and yes the AC works great...luckily in 3 years we've only used it two times

Thanks Duce95. Just sent him some $$. I'm assuming that the $15 is for the brackets alone; I need to come up with the material to use for the air deflector?

That is correct. Like I said I got a plastic placemat from Walmart for under a dollar and cut a strip of it. You also have to provide your own double sided tape to attach it.

I am using the Frost King HD5 Heat Deflector purchased on Amazon for $3.75, works good. A little hot glue and done.

You might be the only guy who has too much performance from his a/c.😎. I have the opposite problem. When using my heater, I need to leave the doors open. Melts a ring of snow 20 feet around my trailer. When I leave a campsite in the winter after 2 days, they need to come in and mow the lawn....😉
