Normally not one to grab a stick & beat a dead horse, but took our 2020 Tag Boondock Edge XL out for the past 3 days for the 1st time & noticed a similar problem w/ high humidity inside; hovered between 75 & 85 w/ nobody inside in the shade according to the hygrometer readings, bout the only time the condensation dripped was when the unit was set on max cold...air appears to be drawing into the camper via the cowbells & camper set above level toward the rear. I'd installed a deflector & it would fog up after a period of time, camper sealed...wondering if I should take it to the dealer & have them fix whatever, something's odd... ***Wondering if the ac can be used w/ the provided power cord hooked a carport outlet, it's not 30 amp; wanted to check a variety of options ,top vent cracked etc...thanks

I see you moved your question from the other A/C thread. Same answer here. The unit is over sized for the space and it helps to crack a window/vent so it runs longer and dehumidifies better. Assuming your carport outlet is at least 15 amp, if you want to use your 120 v carport outlet just unplug the AC from the TaG 120 v outlet and plug into the carport outlet. The AC unit is just a house window unit and it operates via the 120 V circuit in your TaG when you plug in your TaG power cord.

@ Sharon_is_Sam...thanks, we got back & I tried running the fan & window cracked w/out the ac, no luck, got a little dehumidifier & a Damp Rid in there now; next time I'll do the window/vent when running the ac...

I crack the ceiling vent and a side window. Seems to do the trick for me.
