We use blocks like no1 and no 2 fro your list, a pack of 4. They are small and easy to set up. Alao have 4 plastic yellow wheel chuck. So far, never needed more but once. Easy, light and stack well w/o taking much room at all.
I mounted a small 2 way level glued to the trailer tongue, just in front of the jack.
We are mostly on the move, so sometime I will place the blocks under the rear wheel of the TV if tongue is to low, so I don't need to unitch.
You have the deluxe set. Mine are 2"X4"......unpainted...

I uinitaily thought about getting a set of those, could not decide between the delux or natural model. Decided to go with the full plastic set, for ease of stacking, storing and ligher weight. And was less tempting to take the unsed one for fire wood. 😁

I think mine are called 2 X 8. Painted and cut in decreasing lenghts.
Something like that.
I really think that NuCamp should provide those blocks with the Boondock package.

I don’t often need to level side to side but when I do, I use the Bal leveling system.
