Other Refrigerator?

Does anyone know of any other refrigerators besides the NRF 30 that will fit in a TAG ? Engel seems to make some really nice units that only draw .75 to 3.5 amps. Not sure it would fit in the TAG though... Looking for something that draws a few less amps and maybe is a little more reliable than the Norcold.

Look at an ARB. Draws on average o.7 to 2.3 amps.

I, and others, after looking at the Iceco JP 30. Depth only 13.8”, narrower than the yeti.

An ARB won't fit and the tops open lengthwise which would require a longer slide on our T@Gs even if it would fit. I had one in my prior TV and contemplated moving it to replace the Yeti... ended up just installing the Norcold that fit like a glove.

I heard an Engel is good. I have a 2020 Tag and am trying to figure out the answer to your same question too.

If you have an older T@G as mine, 2014, the cooler space is slightly smaller. The Igoo ICF32 fits perfectly in the cabinet space with the slide out tray with no modifications. Its even 2 liters bigger capacity than the original Norcold. It can run on either 12V DC or 120V AC. Igloo was taken over by Dometic a few years ago, so I assume that's what your buying. I found it available at Dick's, Best Buy, Amazon ect.

Our 2024 5 wide T@G (Boondock) has a Camco 12v cooler (about 30 liters). It's a little noisy, but some foam padding on the pull out tray has helped with the compressor start-up noise/vibration. Give me a few days to get back to where the trailer is parked and I can provide model number and dimensions...
