We have been camping for a couple months, and the other night (in 37 degree weather) one of the windows fell off the top track. We resecured it, and when I inspected it in the morning, it appeared as if there was glue on a plastic track that failed and came un-bonded from the window itself. There were also two black end caps that I found on the ground. I compared the mount to the other side window, and verified that this was also coming loose, but not completely separated yet. Has anyone else seen this problem? Has Nucamp addressed it?

This has come up before.

we are on the road for a year, so I guess I will have to find a local dealership to look at it. Not sure if these windows are proprietary to NuCamp, or the design is similar to standard camper windows.
@rich67 - I would send an email to tech@nucamprv.com with photos and see if they can help resolve this. Explain that you are on the road. Maybe they can hook you up with a local TaB dealer.

@rich67 - the TaB forum has some info, too.

I just sent them an email. I’ll update when I get a response.
The response from NuCamp was that I needed to do the fix at a dealer. They said if I attempt to do it myself, I need some Loctite 1363118 epoxy and clamp the window to the extrusion then reinstall. It's not easy to do this kind of repair properly when we are on the road, and I am having a hard time finding any place I can just drive into and have them repair it on the spot. Most places are booked up for months. Not feasible when you are traveling the country.
I am kind of disappointed with NuCamp's response, as I see this window separation issue being a somewhat widespread issue for anyone with an older Tag. This is a design flaw that needs to be addressed. So, based on this, I have decided to limp along for the next 9 months with busted windows. It seems they are still sealed from water intrusion, but opening them up for venting could cause some problems (specifically, they would possible fall out!).
Oh well, I will see what the next year brings!
Looks like spending $4.98 for some Loctite 1363118 epoxy to have on hand might be good insurance.
Yes, I would be disappointed with NuCamp's response too.
As with any lomg trip, one will experience some bumps in the road. Hope this one does not alter your fun. Enjoy and thanks for keeping us posted.
I’ve found a good fix for a detached window. I bought a used 2017 T@G and when I opened the window it didn’t have the piece that it was supposed to be attached to. What I did was I ordered a Keder, Awning Rail Insert 8.5mm, Black, Sew On Type - Sold by The Yard 36" from Amazon. I cut a piece about 14”, and slid it into the Keder rail, and then attached automotive double back tape to the awning rail insert, and positioned the window, and latched the window into place, and pressed on the window to hold the tape to the insert. I waited about 30 minutes, and verified the window open and closes as desired. Make sure the window closes completely to the gasket to ensure water doesn’t enter your T@G.
@Akula1 - how about a picture?

Here’s the Keder awning strip, and the window closed and open. It seems to be working well.
Here is the dealer’s fix. Looks much more robust than the original mount. We shall see how it lasts long term. They ended up replacing all the windows for new ones since my “field fix” rendered the original windows unusable. 800 bucks later…
Looks solid!

It looks a lot better than the original setup for sure. I’m thinking they re-engineered it the right way this time.
I repaired a window on our 2017 T@G using automobile molding tape to re-attach the window to the plastic rod. Easy fix and it's held up fine for a couple of months.
