Modification/Upgrade list with links

Now that I've got everything done to my trailer ( =) ) I am working on a list of it all. This is mostly for my own edification but I thought I'd post it here with links to other threads where I've added detail of those upgrades/changes. I'll be adding links to the list as I find them but first need to goad myself into doing it, so I'll post the raw list first and then start looking for the posts that go with it. If anyone has their own upgrades that might fit into the basic category, feel free to add your link there as well. After all, I got a lot of ideas for my own upgrades from you guys so it's tit for tat. I'm also becoming more and more frustrated looking for my own danged threads when I need to find them so perhaps I can do a bit of housekeeping along the way.
I have purposefully left out anything that would fall into the category of "maintenance", like replacing the vinyl strips on the trim etc. These entries are here because they represent a significant change from O.E. equipment.

Here's the list so far:

Getting all of the links in might take awhile. I'll work on it...
I've found most of them. I'll keep at it. Some of the topics may have been covered in more than one thread...

Don't have a clue. Never been much of a bean-counter....

In 1995, I bought a pair of custom-made, 12 button, buffalo hide moccasins for $1200. Everyone said I was crazy. I still have them and have worn them for 10's of thousands of hours in every kind of weather. In 2113 I sent them back in and the craftsman who made them put new soles on them cut from gravel elevator belt. I still have them and wear them....and love-em.

I figure my trailer has put at least that many smiles on my mug.

For me, that's the only bar that needs to be cleared. Cost and value are often confused

    but seldom related.....

I bring and use an Echo Dot. Note the 2nd generation runs off standard usb power and not a power block as the 3rd generation does. Works good using the phone as a mobile hotspot.
I also installed a shelf under the cabinet by the converter and fused and use a Sony BDP-S3700 Smart Blue Ray Player (Ebay $36.99) with Built in Wi-Fi. The shelf I installed using 3M removable Command Hooks. I use the Sony mainly because it has a video usb input port, which I use a 1 TB hard drive with about 275 movies and music videos installed. I cut off the power block on the Sony and installed a 12 volt male cigarette connector which plugs into the T@B. Works great and has very low power consumption (22 watts average Blu-ray player, TV & Hard Drive).
I also tapped into the Jensen unit and hooked up RCA connectors to speaker "B" and ran the wires to the galley. This allows for some music outside with the small speakers I bring.
I replace my vinyl trim which runs on the top of each side. I easily replaced it with new vinyl that I bought off of Amazon. After some research I went with JR Products. The reviews and specification were better. Costs for 1" x 100' was $25.47 (More expensive by about $10, but the need on each side is about 15', so I have 3 uses before I would run out).
Do not glue down. Each side end folds under the camper and is secured by one screw. Don't stretch the vinyl while installing. I may have the possibility of shrinking after install. The screws should hold it in place fine.
I utilize an ABN 15A to 30A RV Power Cord Converter Plug, which I paid $12.99 on Amazon. Works great, is small and I utilize it 100% of the time and bypass the need for the heavy 30A standard cord. With everything possibly on with the TAB you still will pull less than 7A total in power. Use an adapter, an extension cord (25-50 ft.) and all will be ok.
I also installed indoor/outdoor carpet over the entire floor of the teardrop. (Under the mattresses, which I usually stack when not in tandem use) It is light weight and flexible, so it does not really interfere when accessing the underfloor storage. It has a rubber backing, so it does not slip around, slows down any spills from getting to the wood floor and is semi breathable. If I feel it has become moist, as camping in the rain, I roll it up when I get home, remove and let it dry out completely. Really easy. I makes moving about in the camper much easier form me and my wife. Small rocks, etc. do not get to the floor to scratch it up. Costco sells some for about $19, 6x9 #1208027 made by Foss, which weighs 5lb 1oz. I highly recommend.

Attached are images of the custom shelf I installed in front of the converter box to place my Blue-ray player on. Command style (removable) hooks. Allows access to converter box. Allows air flow. Easy to remove if needed. -
